In 2023, Teamsters across America fought for a fair contract at UPS and won. How did we do it? 

Over 500 Teamster activists, organizers, and leaders gathered from across the country for a weekend of rank-and-file education. The 2023 TDU Convention has us feeling energized and inspired to keep building the labor movement from the bottom-up.

As Yellow Corporation moves to liquidate its assets, the IBT is fighting for former Yellow Teamsters in court to recover vacation pay, grievance settlements, and other monetary claims. Teamster benefit funds are also demanding full payment. 

The United Auto Workers is on Stand Up Strike against the Big Three automakers to reverse decades of concessions and givebacks. We stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the UAW! 

UPS Teamsters ratified the new contract by 86.3% of the vote in record voter turnout of more than 58%. Over 300 UPS Teamsters joined us for a webinar on "Getting the Goods to Win Your UPS Grievance." Members learned proven strategies to win grievances at UPS, and how to deal with retaliation from management.
