UPS Teamsters fought for new heat protections last summer. Now it's time to enforce them, including the June 1 deadline for UPS install a second fan in all package cars. In addition, the webinar will cover A/C in new vehicles, heat shields, air induction vents, ice machines, water fountains, and building fans. Participants will also learn about enforcing language against management harassment, combatting retaliation, and other topics.
