Hoffa Tries to Dodge Compliance in Bribery Scam

April 21, 2011: James Hoffa, after caught using union jobs, salaries, and pensions to bribe people for political support, is finally being forced to comply with the judge’s order in the case.

Today, less than two hours after TDU attorney Barbara Harvey filed a complaint of non-compliance, the International union posted the required notice of Hoffa's corruption. It was 21 days after Hoffa was ordered to comply by Judge Conboy.

The notice of Hoffa’s corruption must also appear in the March-April Teamster magazine, which Hoffa’s lawyers claimed would be printed on April 1 and mailed out. On April 21, there is still no sign of it. Maybe the March-April issue will come out in May. Watch for it.
