TDU Convention, October 1-3 in Chicago

Make your plans to be at the TDU Convention, October 1-3, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near the Chicago O’Hare Airport. Our Convention will wrap up one day before the ballots are mailed for the IBT election. Register online or contact TDU to register.

The TDU Convention features three days of union education, steward training, networking with Teamster activists and leaders, and solidarity.

Teamster members are on the verge of winning a new direction for our union. At the Convention, make plans to get out the vote and discuss opportunities, challenges and plans for building union power after we’ve elected the OZ-Teamsters United Slate.

We will be joined by local union leaders and members of the OZ Teamsters United Slate, including Sean O’Brien, Fred Zuckerman and more.

Notice: TDU will abide by CDC and Chicago regulations regarding COVID. TDU Convention attendees are encouraged to get vaccinated. Unvaccinated individuals are encouraged by the State of Illinois to get a negative COVID test in advance of travel to the Convention. Masks are required on planes, buses, and in transportation hubs such as airports. Chicago’s current regulation is that people wear masks at indoor venues.
