Andy Marshall, an International Rep and the UPS Director for the Western Region, is the latest Hoffa appointee to face a corruption probe.

The Independent Investigations Officer has issued a subpoena for bank records from Chase Bank and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) as part of an investigation into embezzlement.

Check the facts:  Subpoena issued by the Independent Investigations Officer

This is just the latest betrayal of Teamster members in the long history of the Hoffa-Hall Corruption-Concessions Connection.

This behavior has gone on in TRADESHOWS\CONVENTIONS since HOFFA first CAMPAIGNED for office.(HOFFA\Hogan)1999.
He has had a Teflon shield from accountability. What every Despot in history has sought!
The government oversight has morphed from the IRB to the current IDO with few personnel changes…a sort of privatization of the CONSENT ORDER.
After a 1\4 CENTURY the litmus test is over. The board continues to shield HOFFA from accountability-responsibility..as long as the IBT has this ongoing SERIAL CORRUPTION it will continue to lose effective abilities for the MEMBERS in MEANINGFUL outcomes in negotiations.
It’s up to the MEMBERS to take back OUR union.
17 years of concessions by a guy the government won’t even require a SINGLE debate!
This should insult members on 2 levels., their membership and their citizenship.!
It’s time to send the Hoffa mob packing.
A career of standing on a dead mans legs (HOFFA Sr’s)..,has wasted 17 years of previous gains
And NO it’s not the economy,
    not for Team HOFFA.
Shouldn’t the same economics effect their SALARIES and PENSIONS?
VOTE them out of office…the corporations love to see unions self destruct!
