The ISC meeting will run from Noon to 5pm. It will be followed by a short meeting of the board of our sister organization the Teamster Rank and File Education and Legal Defense Foundation (TRF). 


Come early for coffee and snacks. The TDU staff will be in the Narita Room all morning.

We will serve lunch at the ISC meeting and order some pizza, salad, and beer to eat before the Friday night main session.

Getting There

Arrival at O’Hare Airport – How to get to the Hyatt Regency  The easiest and fastest way is to get a taxi or rideshare to the Hyatt Regency Chicago O’Hare. Especially with the big conference crowd, this may be advisable. 

There is also a free shuttle service to the Hyatt. 24-hour shuttle service from O’Hare Airport to the Hyatt Regency.  Pickup Location at Airport: For terminals 1-3, head to the Arrivals Level of Terminal 2. Exit via Door 2A and cross to the middle lane to catch our shuttle. For Terminal 5 and International Flights, the shuttle picks up outside of Door 5E of Terminal 5. Cross over the first lane of traffic and proceed to the designated shuttle pickup area under the awning. Pickup Times: Every 15 minutes from 4 a.m.–midnight Every 30 minutes from midnight–4 a.m. shuttle times are approximate. Track shuttle location at:

Labor Notes Conference Badges

Labor Notes mailed badges to conference attendees. You can use this badge to skip the registration line. If you don't have a badge or if you forget to bring it, don't worry—they will have a badge for you at registration. Please wear your badge throughout the conference!
