Union Rights Every Member Should Know: Learn from experienced union reps how to use your union rights to enforce your contract. This workshop will explore Weingarten Rights, your rights in investigatory meetings, using information requests, and your rights under the NLRA.

Getting the Goods to Win Your UPS Grievance: Learn best practices for writing, documenting, and winning common grievances.
We'll talk about how to anticipate management responses, winning individual grievances, and organizing group enforcement campaigns.

Build Bargaining Power with a Contract Campaign: Contract campaigns are a strategy for winning better contracts by informing and mobilizing the members. Hear from leaders and members who have built model contract campaigns and won. We will focus on local contracts and discuss identifying issues, getting members involved, and building a credible strike threat.
