Every Teamster can just say that they wish to remain silent.

Every Teamster can say they want to speak to an attorney.

Every Teamster has a legal right to refuse to sign anything without advice from an attorney.

The National Immigration Law Center has resources and “Know Your Rights” cards in different languages that members can carry with them or pass out to other Teamsters. Click here for a Spanish-language version.
