Vote in the Official Teamster Poll: Who Should the IBT Endorse for President?

The International Union is polling Teamsters on who the union should endorse in the US presidential election. Make your voice heard. Click here to vote.

The Teamster magazine with a QR code was mailed to 1.6 million Teamster members and retirees. The online poll comes after local unions were asked to hold straw poll votes.

The Teamster poll asks members to choose what candidate the union should endorse and to name the top issues the union should advocate for.

TDU supports candidates for union office within the Teamsters Union. But we do not endorse candidates for political office.

The US presidential election will have huge consequences for Teamsters, the labor movement, and the working class. Workers’ rights to organize and strike, pensions, right to work, the NLRB, OSHA, exploding CEO pay. These issues and more are on the line.

Now is your chance to weigh in on who our union should support. Click here to vote in the official Teamster poll.

The Teamsters have invited Vice President Kamala Harris to a roundtable meeting with the General Executive Board and rank-and-file members.

The union is expected to wait until after the Democratic National Convention to announce any endorsement decision.
