Job Opening: Organizer, Teamsters for a Democratic Union

Teamsters for a Democratic Union (TDU) is a grassroots movement of Teamster members that networks and develops rank-and-file activists and organizes to build union power from the bottom up.

Our movement is on the rise. We are recruiting and training grassroots activists, helping reformers run for local union office, and building contract campaigns with an eye to the 2028 contract fight at UPS.

We are seeking an experienced, committed organizer. This is a full-time organizing position out of our Brooklyn office. Exceptionally well-qualified candidates may be considered for remote work. See below for full job description.

To apply, please send a resume and cover letter to [email protected].
