Teamsters Strike Back Against Amazon

Teamsters are mounting picket lines from Southern California to New York City to strike back against union-busting at Amazon.

Last Thursday, Amazon fired drivers in Los Angeles in retaliation for organizing. In response, Teamsters are standing up to union busting and standing behind Amazon Teamsters.

As a first punch, Teamsters mounted strike lines at DAX7, the Amazon facility where the drivers were fired. DAX7 is one of the most important Amazon last-mile facilities in the country.

Next, strike lines were extended to the DJT6 Delivery Station in Riverside, CA, where 800 warehouse workers directly employed by Amazon unionized with the Teamsters in 2025.

Picket lines have also been extended to an Amazon Sortation Center in Southern California. This morning, Teamsters joined strikers from Southern California on picket lines at DBK4 in Queens, New York.

TDU joined the picket lines in New York and Southern California to stand with Amazon workers.

"It benefits all of us."

“I’m out here today to show love and support for our Amazon brothers and sisters. They are fighting for the same rights and benefits that we have and it’s important to stand in solidarity with them and help them win their union—it benefits all of us.”

Darryl Beaton, UPS, New York Local 804

"We are not going away"

“We organized with the Teamsters because it was the only way to have enough power to take on Amazon on issues like pay and harassment. We are here today to show Amazon that we are not going away.” — Sara Venegas, Amazon DAX7, SouthGate, California
