Teamsters United candidates received between eight and ten percent of the vote, easily topping the five percent required to get on the ballot this fall.

The vote foiled an attempt by the Hoffa-Hall Campaign to prevent an election by blocking Teamsters United candidates from getting on the slate.

Nominations for the regional vice presidential candidates will be held on Wednesday.
