Contract Action Team Trainings

The International Union is holding a series of Contract Action Team trainings to prepare members to organize for a strong contract at UPS.

A Contract Action Team (CAT) is a group of stewards and members who keep members at their building informed about contract negotiations, answer questions about the contract and potential strike, and organize contract campaign activities like the Contract Unity Pledge and parking lot meetings.

The International Union is holding trainings in 25 cities over the next 6 weeks. Trainings are open to all members. Register for a training near you here.

At Contract Action Team trainings, members will hear about bargaining, learn strategies for mobilizing co-workers, and learn how to map their workplace and build communication networks.
