Andy Marshall, an International Rep and the UPS Director for the Western Region, is the latest Hoffa appointee to face a corruption probe.

The Independent Investigations Officer has issued a subpoena for bank records from Chase Bank and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) as part of an investigation into embezzlement.
