Jack Cooper Aims to Buy Standard Forwarding

Jack Cooper, which operates the largest Teamster carhaul carrier, is aiming to get into the LTL freight industry by purchasing Standard Forwarding from DHL.

Jack Cooper is determined to break into the freight industry. Their attempt to acquire part of Yellow Freight was stymied by Yellow management, which preferred to sell of the carrier for parts and prevent any continued operation.
