Membership Action Forces Hearing on Job Cuts at UPS

Hoffa Talks More Concessions

June 8, 2009: YRC has been terminated from participation in the Teamster pension fund in the West, effective June 10. At the same time, the Hoffa administration is planning to re-open the national contract. Star Tribune Workers Fire Back

FedEx Taking $1.2 Billion in Charges

May 29, 2009: Jack Cooper Teamsters got a new boss in May, when Active Acquisitions bought a majority stake in Jack Cooper Transport. Michael Riggs in the principal owner of Active.
