November 16, 2009: The president of a local Teamsters union filed a federal lawsuit Friday that claims her supervisor used his position to coerce her into a sexual relationship with him.
Helen Green, 49, filed the lawsuit against Teamsters Local 995, Teamsters Joint Council 42 and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.

The O’Brien Zuckerman Teamsters United slate was elected today as our International Union leadership for the next five years. Congratulations to Sean O’Brien, Fred Zuckerman and the entire OZ Teamsters United team.
Nominated candidates must receive five percent of the vote from Convention Delegates to appear on the ballot in a one-member, one vote election. Only candidates from the OZ Teamsters United Slate met that threshold.
UPS Teamsters who have completed progression will get a raise of $1.22 on August 1, including a 22 cent-cost of living increase (COLA).
