UPS Western Region Supplement and Riders Now Available

June 6, 2014: TDU has posted the UPS Western Region Supplemental Agreement so Teamsters can have and enforce the contract.

The Western Region Supplement and seven riders are available here along with the national master contract as well. The new language is in bold face type.

Your contract consists of the National Master and a regional supplement and in some areas a local or regional rider. The various riders in the west cover Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, the Rocky Mountain area, and Southwest (Southern Cal, Arizona and New Mexico).  Nor Cal has a separate supplemental agreement.

Because there are dozens of supplements and riders, we have not yet been able to compile and post 2013-2018 versions for all of the areas yet. The changes to those supplement and riders are available here.

The Hoffa-Hall administration has not seen fit to make the master or any supplements available to members yet in booklet form or on the web.
