TDU Black Leadership Conference

African-American Teamsters will hold TDU’s first national Black Leadership Conference, July 13-14 in New York City.

2018-black-caucus_thumb.jpgThe Black Leadership Conference will bring together members, stewards, and local union officers for a weekend of workshops and strategy discussions.

Topics include:

  • Sharing organizing, bargaining and leadership skills
  • Identifying, involving and empowering new leaders
  • Promoting Black leadership at all levels of our union
  • Making the Teamsters a stronger ally of racial and economic justice movements

The registration fee of $95 includes program, breakfast and lunch. Some travel stipends available for out-of-town attendees.
