From the very beginning, TDU informed us what was being planned to destroy our earned, promised pensions. Unfortunately, it wasn't our Union leadership. They were part of the plan that supported the changes to allow possible reductions.

With a warning from TDU, a grassroots movement was organized to fight, overcome every obstacle placed in front of us, educate, learn from, and work with all stakeholders and all Congress members. It took over 7 years to win this long, stressful, and in some cases, deadly battle.
