Over the past year UPS Teamsters have built a credible strike threat at UPS by signing contract unity pledges, holding parking meetings and rallies, and now voting to authorize a strike.

A strike threat gives us bargaining leverage to win on our demands, including two-tier 22.4, forced sixth punches and excessive overtime, more full-time jobs, wage increases, pension improvements, PVDs, subcontracting, more paid holidays, and more.

"If this multibillion-dollar corporation fails to deliver on the contract that our hardworking members deserve, UPS will be striking itself," Teamsters President Sean O'Brien said. "The strongest leverage our members have is their labor and they are prepared to withhold it to ensure UPS acts accordingly."

President O’Brien and General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman will hold a webinar to update members on contract negotiations, review tentative agreements, and answer questions. Click here to register.
