UPS Contract Summit at 2026 TDU Convention

Join UPS Teamsters from across the country for a UPS Contract Campaign Summit at the TDU Convention, November 6-8 in Chicago.

UPS Teamsters are looking ahead to the most important contract fight in a generation. The last contract was about reversing givebacks from past contracts like two-tier 22.4 and part-time poverty wages.

Our next contract is about fighting for our future. UPS is dropping volume, closing buildings, and automating our work. We won’t let Carol Tome destroy our jobs.

Join UPS Teamsters for a national contract campaign summit where we’ll share strategies on:

  • Meeting new threats from UPS to Amazon to new technology. How can we meet new threats with a contract campaign?

  • Bargaining platform. What are we fighting for? What demands can unite the membership and protect good union jobs?

  • Understanding our leverage. How is UPS vulnerable and what leverage do we have to win a fair contract?

  • Contract campaign timeline. The Teamster contract campaign will start next year. How do we organize to build member unity, bargaining leverage, and public support?

  • Getting strike ready. Practice picketing may not be enough in 2028. How can we prepare UPS Teamsters to be ready to strike and win?

The TDU Convention will also feature dozens of educational workshops like "Overcoming Fear and Intimidation at UPS" and "Secrets of a Successful Shop Steward".

Join members, shop stewards, business agents and Teamster leaders to network, strategize and prepare to win in 2028.
