UPS Drivers Can Refuse a Helper this Peak

UPS drivers have the right to refuse a helper. Don't let management pressure you into using one this season. With COVID cases on the rise, every driver has the right to make the choice that will keep you and your family safe.

You can rescind your acceptance of a helper at any time. Many drivers are using helpers and that is your right if you want. But remember, it's your decision.

If management tries to pressure you, talk to your steward and file a harassment and health and safety grievance. TDU can help.

You can't be forced to work in an unsafe work environment.
