UPS Operating Profit for First Quarter: $2.6 Billion

Today, UPS released its first quarter earnings report. The company made $2.6 billion in profit for the first quarter and is on track to match its record profits of 2023.


UPS’s revenue for the quarter were $22.9 billion. US domestic volume was down 5.4% compared to the first quarter of 2022, due to lower retail sales. That decrease was offset by a 4.8% increase in revenue per parcel.

UPS made profits of more than $13 billion in 2022 and is headed there again this year.
