Teamsters Mobilize to Make UPS Deliver on the Dream

UPSers joined an Teamster Day of Action on Martin Luther King Day calling on UPS to Deliver on the Dream. The day of action was the latest in our International Union's contract campaign of 340,000 Teamsters at UPS.

Dr. King was a fight for social and economic justice who was killed while standing with workers on strike.

Today, Teamsters at UPS are following his legacy by fighting for a contract that delivers equal pay for equal work, protects good jobs by stopping subcontracting, puts an end to part-time poverty wages, creates more full-time jobs and ends excessive overtime. Our union is also demanding that UPS respect Martin Luther King Day as a paid holiday.

Members across the country are stepping up and getting involved to win a better future. You can too.
