Effective immediately, Willie C. Smith III is suspended without pay from his job as Executive Assistant to the General President. He may not serve in any capacity with the James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarship Fund. Smith is prohibited in the future from serving as a trustee in connection with any trusteeship imposed on any Local.
Willie C. Smith III netted $324,131 in 2016 as reported in LM-2 forms provided by various Teamster affiliates.
