Contract Unity Time

National UPS contract negotiations will be held from June 18-21. While the company is at the bargaining table, we’ll be building Teamster contract unity and sending the company a message. You can help.

The new Contract Update reports on some of the issues that are on the table and warns members about company demands that we need to defeat.

You have the right to distribute this bulletin on UPS property as long as you’re off the clock and in a non-work area, like a parking lot or break room.

Order Contract Unity Signs

Order Contract Unity signs and take photos with members. Hold a meeting in the parking lot before or after your shift.

Show UPS that we demand a fair contract—and we’re ready to Vote No if that’s what it takes.

Sign Up Members to Get Contract Alerts

Contract negotiations are coming to a head. Make sure that other members are in the know and signed up for contract alerts.

If UPS makes a weak first offer, we need to be ready to get the word out to Vote No and demand a fair contract.

Use the sign-up form or tell your co-workers to text UPS to 94253.
