The TDU Convention is almost here! The Convention starts this Friday, October 28 and ends Sunday October 30. The program and schedule are now available. Check them out and read on for important information on Convention logistics.

We’re excited to welcome Teamsters to our biggest Convention in 25 years.
We’ll hear from IBT General President Sean O’Brien, Association of Flight Attendants-CWA President Sara Nelson, Teamsters Local 135 President-Elect Dustin Roach, and rank-and-file activists from across our union.
The Convention will feature 30 workshops and breakout meetings over three days. Check out the schedule and think ahead to which ones you want to attend.
TDU CONVENTION WHEN & WHERE
The TDU Convention will be held on October 28-30 at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare, 5440 N River Rd, Rosemont IL 60018.
Convention registration opens at 11am on Friday morning, and the first workshop session begins at 1pm.
The Convention will wrap on Sunday around 2:45 pm.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
A free airport shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour and does pick-ups at the airport approximately 20-30 minutes after the hour, and twice every hour on Friday morning.
Crowne Plaza shuttle picks up at Door 2 of the Hotel Shuttle Center, located one floor below baggage claim.
Or you can take an inexpensive taxi (around $14) to the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare.
Hotel Parking: Discounted $15.00/car either overnight or day parking.
YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION
Contact TDU, not the Crowne Plaza, with all hotel reservations or changes.
We want to make sure that your room is correctly reserved and that you receive the discounted rate of $125/night, including all fees.
Hotel check-in time is 3 pm. There may be some rooms available earlier, but that is not guaranteed. You can check your luggage at the hotel front desk until your room is ready.
FOOD
Full convention registration includes dinner on Friday and Saturday and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
If you have special food needs, such as food allergies, let us know right away and we will do our best to accommodate you.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
TDU will abide by CDC and Chicago regulations regarding COVID-19. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend. Masks will be available at Convention Registration and the TDU literature table.
