Teamster Convention Starts in One Week—Here’s the Agenda

The Teamster Convention will be held June 22, 23, 24, online. If you want to observe the IBT Convention, and see the work of the 1,600 elected delegates, here’s what you need to know. 


The Draft Agenda of the Convention shows the tentative schedule for each session. The amendments to the IBT Constitution are slated to be voted on Wednesday afternoon, June 23. The delegates’ voting on nominations of candidates for IBT President, Secretary Treasurer and all of the General Executive Board will be Thursday, June 24.

Members will be able to observe the Convention at this web portal.  At this time it has a short video on Teamster history. The IBT says it will be activated at the start of the Convention on Tuesday, June 22, and they say that no password will be needed.
