Indiana Teamsters are saying this law is “Bad for Indiana.” “Republicans claim right to work legislation will create more jobs. October 24, 2011: Ken Hall has announced another delay in the arbitration hearing on the Local 745 Dallas subcontracting grievance. Members have now been waiting for an answer on this issue for over two years. The company and the union met with the arbitrator in May, and then again on October 18.
