Bloomberg: Con-way Cuts 1,450 Jobs

December 9, 2008: Con-way Inc., the second-largest U.S. trucking company, slashed its 2008 earnings forecast to as much as 20 percent less than analysts’ average estimate and cut 1,450 jobs as freight volumes fell.
