The Teamster Magazine is normally a cover-to-cover propaganda sheet for the Hoffa administration. But the February issue features a break from this routine.

The Hoffa administration was required to publish four pages of material provided by Fred Zuckerman and the Teamsters Untied slate—thanks to an election rule supported many years ago by Teamsters for a Democratic Union.

Campaign volunteers collected over 63,000 petition signatures to accredit the Teamsters United slate last year. Fred Zuckerman and Teamsters United candidates will be officially nominated at the Teamster Convention in late June.

The Hoffa Campaign is putting on a full court press to try to prevent an election by blocking the nomination of opposition candidates at the IBT Convention. Supporters of Teamsters United are running for Convention Delegate in locals across the country to make sure members have a choice against Hoffa and Hall in an International Union election this fall.

The February campaign "battle pages" feature members speaking out on the issues and why they're supporting Teamsters United.
