Nominations are Open for TDU Steering Committee

Nominations for the TDU Steering Committee for the coming year are open now through October 20. Here's everything you need to know about the Steering Committee election process which will be online this year.

Nominations are now open for our TDU International Steering Committee (ISC) for the coming year. Nominations will close at the end of October 20.

The election will be held online by secret ballot of those TDU members registered for our November 8 TDU Convention—the new ISC will be announced at the Convention on November 8.

Any TDU member can nominate another TDU member, and self-nominations are fine.  You can nominate by emailing [email protected], faxing to 313-842-0227, or by US Mail (TDU, PO Box 10128, Detroit MI 48210). Call TDU Detroit (313-842-2600) with any questions. We recommend early nominations.

The TDU staff will compile a listing of all candidates, with a picture and a short statement or bio, and send it to all Convention registrants. We will contact every nominee to assist in this, and answer questions. Every Convention registrant will receive a secret ballot, and may vote online for up to 15 candidates.

So, get in the game—Register for the TDU Convention today.
