It's a new day in the United Auto Workers union. Fueled by anger at concessions, corruption, and two-tier deals, members are set to elect Shawn Fain as International Union President in the first one-member, one-vote election in UAW history. Fain is backed by the rank-and-file movement Unite All Workers for Democracy (UAWD).

Yellow has filed updated change of operations documents to consolidate Holland and New Penn into Yellow across the Midwest, East and South. Read the company's new proposed change of operations and the proposed utility employee change of operations. The Teamster National Freight Industry Negotiating Committee (TNFINC) does not accept the change of operations as drafted and the Freight Division made this opposition clear in a message to local unions.

UPSers joined an Teamster Day of Action on Martin Luther King Day calling on UPS to Deliver on the Dream. The day of action was the latest in our International Union's contract campaign of 340,000 Teamsters at UPS.
