UPS Freight will pay up to ten days of paid leave to Teamsters who are diagnosed with COVID-19, living with someone with COVID-19, or have been quarantined by a government agency, medical professional or by the company.

UPS workers are demanding the company do the right thing during the Coronavirus outbreak by improving paid sick leave and sanitary working conditions.

A class-action lawsuit was filed on March 10 in Atlanta federal court demanding that UPS increase pensions paid by the part-timer pension plan to those who choose a joint-and-survivor option. This suit, if successful, will cause an adjustment in pensions for thousands of retirees, and all those who retire in the future with a joint-and-survivor benefit.
